Section 1. Policies
It is the policy of AMSAI to require Applicant Pupils to undergo an Entrance Examination to be able to secure admission to any courses offered by the School.
The Entrance Examination includes the Cognitive and Behavioral Test and takes into view the student’s health and behavioral background. The school reserves the right not to admit pupils who may not possess good moral character for the best interest of its constituents. Children with instructional difficulties may be admitted to the school if and only if the parents shall commit to devote their best efforts in assisting their child to improve his/her psychological and intellectual development.
Section 2. Requirements
A. Pre-School
1. Age Requirements
Nursery: Applicant must be 3 years old by October 31 of the applicable School Year.
Pre-Kinder : Applicant must be 4 years old by October 31 of the applicable School Year.
Kindergarten: Applicant must be 5 years old by October 31 of the applicable School Year.
2. Documentary Requirements
NSO/PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
Report Card (if the student has previously attended school)
2 pcs. 2×2 ID pictures
B. Elementary
1. Academic Requirements
Grade 1: Applicant must have attended and completed Kindergarten class.
All Elementary transferees must have no grave disciplinary records from the previous school/s.
2. Documentary Requirements
NSO/PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate
Report Card / Form 138
2 pcs. 2×2 ID pictures
Certificate of Good Moral Character
C. Secondary ( For Amsai Davao Campus Only )
1. Academic Requirements
Transferees for all levels must have completed the elementary course and/or the preceding level of the level that the student intends to register to.
All Secondary transferees must have exhibited a satisfactory performance during the Entrance Examination, and must have no grave disciplinary records from the previous school/s.
2. Documentary Requirements

Section 3. Registration Procedure
Registration may be done through the following:

- Undergoing the Enrollment Procedure in the school
- Online Registration
Section 4. Decision of the Admission Committee
The Admission Committee decides the admission of new students based on the Assessment Results, academic records, and interviews.
The Admission Committee reserves the right to refuse admission to new students with unmanageable poor health, grave behavioral problems, and inability to comply with the necessary requirements.
The Admission Committee also reserves the right to refuse the registration of pupils who have been retained in the same level for two (2) consecutive school years or have unsettled accounts for the previous school year/s, unless the accounts shall be duly settled.
